Fried Potato Cakes

This is a favorite of my children and all of my family. Simple and easy.
Ingredients
- 1 dish left over mashed potatoes shopping list
- 3Tblsp. flour shopping list
- 1 small onion shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1/2 teasp. garlic powder shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pat out potato cakes and fry in hot oil or bacon fat until golden brown on both sides.
