Seafood Asparagus Pasta Recipe
This is a high protein, light and incredibly yummy main course, I like to serve it with another vegetable like steamed brusselsprouts

Ingredients
  • 4 spears of asparagus per person
  • 6 shrimp per person
  • one halibut fillet or tilapia fillet per person 3-6oz
  • spinach fettuchini nests 2 per person
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • spices
  • pepper
  • 1/3 cup sourcream
  • 1/3 cup white wine

Directions
  1. boil water cook spinach nests approx 8 min (read the package)
  2. put lemon juice and garlic in pan and heat up, dont burn, once bubbly, add wine, and spices. once boilig reduce heat and add sourcream, you can cook fish seperately or add to sauce before you add sourcream. shrimp are done when pink, fish is done when flaky and white in color
  3. you can cook asparagus in boiling water for 7 minutes and then promtly remove and run under cool water to stop the cooking process. chop into 1 inch pieces and add to sauce. add sauce to pasta and enjoy!
