Seafood asparagus pasta

- 4 spears of asparagus per person shopping list
- 6 shrimp per person shopping list
- one halibut fillet or tilapia fillet per person 3-6oz shopping list
- spinach fettuchini nests 2 per person shopping list
- 2 tbsp garlic shopping list
- 1/3 cup lemon juice shopping list
- spices shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup sourcream shopping list
- 1/3 cup white wine shopping list
How to make it
- boil water cook spinach nests approx 8 min (read the package)
- put lemon juice and garlic in pan and heat up, dont burn, once bubbly, add wine, and spices. once boilig reduce heat and add sourcream, you can cook fish seperately or add to sauce before you add sourcream. shrimp are done when pink, fish is done when flaky and white in color
- you can cook asparagus in boiling water for 7 minutes and then promtly remove and run under cool water to stop the cooking process. chop into 1 inch pieces and add to sauce. add sauce to pasta and enjoy!
