Three Herb Grilled Chicken

- herb Marinade shopping list
- This will accomodate enough chicken for 4 to 6, increase as needed shopping list
- ½ C oil shopping list
- ½ C lime juice shopping list
- 2 T chopped fresh basil (2 tsp dried) shopping list
- 2 T chopped fresh oregano (2 tsp dried) shopping list
- 2 T chopped fresh thyme (2 tsp dried) shopping list
- 1 tsp onion powder shopping list
- ¼ t lemon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 4 to 6 chicken breast halves, all fat removed
- Place chicken in resealable bag with marinade.
- Marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
- Grill over medium to medium low heat until juices run clear, about 15 to 20 minutes depending on thickness of chicken.
- I usually pound chicken between plastic wrap to about 1/2' thickness when I purchase it.
- It freezes faster, if I'm freezing it, it thaws faster and it cooks faster.
