Three Herb Grilled Chicken Recipe

Easy marinade! Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- Herb Marinade
- This will accomodate enough chicken for 4 to 6, increase as needed
- ½ C oil
- ½ C lime juice
- 2 T chopped fresh basil (2 tsp dried)
- 2 T chopped fresh oregano (2 tsp dried)
- 2 T chopped fresh thyme (2 tsp dried)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ t lemon pepper
Directions
- 4 to 6 chicken breast halves, all fat removed
- Place chicken in resealable bag with marinade.
- Marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
- Grill over medium to medium low heat until juices run clear, about 15 to 20 minutes depending on thickness of chicken.
- I usually pound chicken between plastic wrap to about 1/2' thickness when I purchase it.
- It freezes faster, if I'm freezing it, it thaws faster and it cooks faster.
