How to make it

  • Wrap each scallop with bacon, thread onto skewers and
  • set aside
  • Bring syrup to boil in small pan, cok uncovered over medium high and reduce to about 2/3 Cup (about 5 minutes)
  • Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients, except orange wedges
  • Brush mixture over kabobs’ grill on lightly oiled grill rack over medium-high heat until bacon is crisp and scallop are opaque in center, 4 to 6 minutes turning once or twice
  • Garnish with orange wedges if desired
