Ingredients

1- 3 oz. Package Cream Cheese (Or eyeball an 8 oz. block the best you can to make 3 oz.), Room Temperature

1 Cup - Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 Cup - Grated Monterey Jack Cheese

1/2 Cup - Mayonnaise

1/2 Teaspoon - House Seasoning (Recipe follows)

2 to 3 Tablespoons - Pimentos Smashed

1 Teaspoon - Grated Onion

Cracked Black Pepper - To Taste

House Seasoning:

1 Cup - Salt (The batch I tasted was made with Sea Salt)

1/4 Cup - Black Pepper

1/4 Cup - Garlic Powder

Mix ingredients together..........

Store and use in other recipes!! It can be stored in an airtight container for up to 6 months!!!

Directions

Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

Add all the remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.

Chill or serve at room temperature.

I may be lying on the # of servings this recipe makes! Little scoops serves 15 - 20, big scoops like I took maybe 8 to 10...... :-)
