Bobbys Pimento Cheese

- 1- 3 oz. Package cream cheese (Or eyeball an 8 oz. block the best you can to make 3 oz.), Room Temperature shopping list
- 1 Cup - Grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 Cup - Grated monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 1/2 Cup - mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon - House seasoning (Recipe follows) shopping list
- 2 to 3 Tablespoons - pimentos Smashed shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon - Grated onion shopping list
- cracked black pepper - To Taste shopping list
- House Seasoning: shopping list
- 1 Cup - salt (The batch I tasted was made with sea salt) shopping list
- 1/4 Cup - black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 Cup - garlic powder shopping list
- Mix ingredients together.......... shopping list
- Store and use in other recipes!! It can be stored in an airtight container for up to 6 months!!! shopping list
How to make it
- Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
- Chill or serve at room temperature.
- I may be lying on the # of servings this recipe makes! Little scoops serves 15 - 20, big scoops like I took maybe 8 to 10...... :-)
