Rhode Island Baked Buttered Carrots

- 1 medium white onion shopping list
- 20 ounces butter shopping list
- 1 pound carrots coarsely grated shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt shopping list
- 5 tablespoons water shopping list
How to make it
- Chop onion finely the fry gently in butter until pale gold.
- Add grated carrots and salt then mix well.
- Transfer to small casserole dish.
- Add water then cover dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
