this is like the old fashion creamsicle... but much healthier and it doesn't drip down your arm... the recipe is from a small cookbook called Smoothies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrated
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teasp. vanilla
- 2 cups ice cubes
Directions
- combine the yogurt, juice concentrate, milk, and vanilla in the blender
- puree until smooth
- add ice cubes and blend until smooth
- pour smoothie into 4 glasses
- serve immediately
