This recipe comes from my little town in the Colombian Pacific Coast…
Some people prepare this recipe at their homes, after, they go to the beach and popsicles are all sold, in the middle of the sun and wind in the afternoon….

Ingredients
- 1 can condensed milk
- 3 cans of water( of the used condensed milk)
- 200 ml. Cream
- 13 tbsp. powdered milk ( KLIM is great)
Directions
- Mix ingredients in the blender, Now pour it into the popsicle molds and freeze for at least 3 hours..
