How to make it

  • Bring wine and broth to a boil in the bottom of a steamer.
  • Place potatoes in one layer in the top of the steamer and cover and cook for 14 minutes.
  • Remove potatoes and sprinkle with oil and tarragon.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
