potato pizza

- 2 onions shopping list
- butter shopping list
- potatoes, about 1000 gr shopping list
- crème fraîche shopping list
- corn starch, about 3 TBSP shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- frshly grated cheeses: i've used shopping list
- :gouda, emmentaler, cheddar shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- paprikapowder shopping list
- 4 zucchini, medium sized shopping list
- ,2-4 garlic cloves shopping list
- tomatoes, 5 medium sized shopping list
How to make it
- peel, slice and chop onions
- cook in butter in skillet until translucent
- peel, wash potatoes
- use vegetable grater and grate
- preheat oven to 200° CENTIGRADE
- mix crème fraîche with corn starch,
- eggs and onions and potatoes
- season with sal (careful!),freshly ground white pepper and paprika powder
- spread onto greased cookie sheet and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes.
- wash, clean, grate zucchini, cook in some butter in skilled, add garlic cloves, mashed
- skin tomatoes, removing inside kernels
- cut into small pieces
- mix with zucchini, season with pepper, salt
- (if mixture es very wet, press some of the juice out of mixture)
- spread onto potatoes
- (after removing baking sheet from oven, naturally *g*)
- sprinkle generously with cheese
- bake for another 25 to 30 minutes.
- remove from oven. ahhhh! this goes very well with a beer (i drink non-alcoholic pils from a nearby brewery and i must say, i do not miss the alcohol but like the taste).
- i have also made this using frutti di mare, really all kinds of mixtures are possible.
- i've made this because i cannot eat anything containing gluten. but for those of you who can eat 'normal' pizza it ought to taste good, too. my family and friends liked it.
