Vodka-vanilla Kiss-me-tini

Nice twist on flavored martini. Done by Emeril on the Food Network
Ingredients
- 2 oz. vodka shopping list
- 3Tbs. heavy cream shopping list
- 2Tbs vanilla syrup shopping list
- 1Tbs Amaretto shopping list
- 1/4tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- vanilla sugar,for glass rim shopping list
- 1/2 vanilla bean shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes and shake to chill thoroughly.
- Place vanilla sugar in a shallow bowl or on a small plate. Moisten the rim of the glass with a little water and dip the moistened rim in the vanilla sugar to coat the edge. Strain cocktail into glass.
- Using a sharp paring knife,cut the bean lenghtwise,leaving it attached on 1 end,so that it can sit on top of glass rim. Serve chilled!
