How to make it

  • Make a mixture of met and spices list above.
  • In a stew pan heat the ghee and fry lightly th onions and the garlic.
  • Dd this to the above mixure, stir well and cookslowly for about 10 -15 min. Turn out on a platter, let cool, and then, either grind it or pound it to a past with a squeeze of lemon juice.
  • Form into oval cutlets and fry in the usual way, or press onto metal sewers and grill, basting well.
