How to make it

  • Saute onion in oil
  • Add garlic, tomato sauce chilies, chicken and seasonings to taste
  • Mix sour cream, chicken broth and cream in a separate bowl
  • Dip tortillas in cream mixture
  • Spoon chicken mixture on tortilla, roll and place in baking dish
  • Repeat for each tortilla
  • Pour remaining sauce over top of enchilladas
  • Top with grated cheese
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered in foil
  • Remove foil and cook until browned
