Swiss Enchiladas

- 1 chopped onion shopping list
- 2 tbsp oil shopping list
- 1 crushed garlic clove shopping list
- 8oz tomato sauce shopping list
- 4oz green chilies (drained and chopped) shopping list
- 2 cups cooked chicken (chopped) shopping list
- salt, pepper and cavender's seasoning to taste shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 12 flour tortillas shopping list
- 1/2 lb graded monterey jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion in oil
- Add garlic, tomato sauce chilies, chicken and seasonings to taste
- Mix sour cream, chicken broth and cream in a separate bowl
- Dip tortillas in cream mixture
- Spoon chicken mixture on tortilla, roll and place in baking dish
- Repeat for each tortilla
- Pour remaining sauce over top of enchilladas
- Top with grated cheese
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered in foil
- Remove foil and cook until browned
