I found this picture on the internet. It is a hot dog from Korea. But there is no recipe!!! I'm guessing the fries are coated with egg whites and then deep fried but I'm not entirly sure. I would try to make them but my deep fryer is broken! If ... More

I think they were coated with fish jelly and the chap was selling them as fast as he could make them. I would be interested in learning how to make these, but like you could not find the exact recipe. I'm wondering if the fish jelly helps hold the french fries on the hot dog and then deep fried....
