    Hi,

I live in Istanbul, Turkey. When I first the picture I also thought egg yolk keeps the potatoe and the hot dog together. I can not find fish gel what can I substitute with?
    Tx :)

How can a jellyfish help hold on the fries? They don't have hands!

I love the look but I would have to be creative and substitute the hot dog.

What about dipping the dog in a light batter, rolling in the FF's, then frying?

I found this comment under a picture of this hot dog.....I’ve eaten one of those hot dogs in Namdaemun market - loved them. I think they were coated with fish jelly and the chap was selling them as fast as he could make them. I would be interested in learning how to make these, but like you could not find the exact recipe. I'm wondering if the fish jelly helps hold the french fries on the hot dog and then deep fried....
