Grilled Chili Lime Salmon

- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- Fresh lime slices for garnish shopping list
- ******************************************** shopping list
- Resealable 1-gallon storage plastic bag shopping list
- Charcoal or gas grill shopping list
- nonstick cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- In the 1 gallon resealable food storage bag, mix all but salmon.
- Add salmon, seal bag and turn to coat.
- Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes to marinate.
- Turn bag once or twice to get the marinade all over.
- MEANWHILE******
- Heat gas or charcoal grill.
- When grill is heated, carefully oil grill rack.
- Remove salmon from marinade; discard marinade.
- Place salmon skin side down on gas gril over medium heat or on a charcoal grill over medium coals; cover grill.
- Cook 10 - 14 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Garnish with fresh lime slices.
- Enjoy!!

Bookmarked for when I have fresh Salmon, This marinade has just enough heat and is well balenced,all I would do is start some red bliss potatoes halved and oiled on pre-soaked rosemary skewers about 1/2 hour before grilling the Salmon.
