Chicken Tenders are skewared and brushed with a tropical mixture of pineapple juice, brown sugar and soy sauce, and then they''re grilled. That's all it takes to make these scrumptious kabobs!

Ingredients
  • Pineapple Marinade
  • 1 cup pineaple juice
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup light soy sauce
  • Skewers
  • 2 pounds Breast Tenders
  • skewers

Directions
  1. 1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Remove from heat just before the mixture comes to a boil.
  2. 2. Place chicken tenders in a medium bowl. Cover with the pineapple marinade, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat grill for medium heat. Thread chicken lengthwise onto wooden skewers.
  4. 4. Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill chicken tenders 5 minutes per side, or until juices run clear. They cook quickly, so watch them closely.

These look yummy


... so easy! It's going to be pineapple chicken mania at my house this weekend! :D


I made this last week. I used tamari instead of soy sauce and cut my chicken into lil pieces (easier for my lil one to eat!) alternated wtih pineapple and it was SO GOOD! We had some left over and they were even better the next day for lunch! I do think they'll be better as tenders so we're gonna try again this weekend! :D


They look good and sound easy!


This is a great summertime out on the grill recipe. Pretty healthy sounding too. I plan on trying this out as soon as it warms up to use our outdoor grill.
Then again I may just use my George Foreman. Either way great post!
