Yakisoba

- 1 cup thin noodles shopping list
- 1/2 lb. round steak,sliced very thin shopping list
- 2 medium onions, cut in thin wedges shopping list
- 2 mediu carrots, sliced very thin shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper sliced, vey thin shopping list
- 1/4 head cabage, sliced in strips shopping list
- 2 cups fresh or 1 cup canned bean sprouts, drained. shopping list
- 2 tbsp. oil ( to fry shopping list
How to make it
- Cook and drain the noodles acording to package drections.
- Heat the oil in a wok, and brown meat, ad vegetables in order as given above. Stir frying each a few minutes, and add noodles last and cook just lng enouh to heat through vgetables should be crisp- tender. May be served on rice or alone. Pass soy sauce

Hi Berry !! I love Yakisoba too -- and this recipe is very simple & basic, not full of a million ingredients you don't need, and that ruin the taste (like some Yakisoba recipes I've seen...) Excellent post (and a great picture!!)
