Easy Cocktail Sauce

Simple, easy to make cocktail sauce, just need to make it the night before serving.
Ingredients
- 1 c ketcup shopping list
- 1/4 c mince celery shopping list
- 2 tbsp horseradish shopping list
- 1-1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest shopping list
- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley shopping list
- black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all in small bowl, well blended. Chill overnight before serving.

Oh, Thank you! It is impossible to get cocktail sauce here in the Isle of Man! The closest they come is "tomato sauce" (ketchup). Now I can make it for me and all the other Yanks clinging to this rock! A 5 to you!
