This is super easy, and always greatly appreciated mousse, fresh and light, you can serve it with chocolate cookies, to make a great combination of textures and flavors as well as color.

Ingredients
- FOR THE MOUSSE
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- DECORATION
- 1 tbsp.sifted unsweetened cocoa
Directions
- FOR THE MOUSSE
- 1.Take the evaporated milk out of the can, put it in a bowl and freeze for 2 hours.
- 2.Take out from freezer and mix with electric mixer at medium speed until soft peaks form.
- 3.Add condensed milk and continue mixing.
- 4.Add lemon juice.
- 5.Mix, when all the ingredients are well incorporated pour in a pretty bowl.
- DECORATION
- Sift unsweetened cocoa.
- You may serve it with chocolate cookies.
