Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large saucepan, heat oil and saute onion and bell pepper until wilted.
  • Add rotel tomatoes and green chilies and the creole seasoning.
  • Continue cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add corn, milk, and sugar and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Serve hot.

    Thank you very much. Last wk bought fresh corn--dh LOVES it. I forgot about it and when I did remember, it was not "fresh" . While he is out I will take those kernals off the cob!! and this is a great creation. thank you!! 5555
