How to make it

  • Thinly slice enough beef for 4 people
  • Sprinkle with pepper and fry quickly using 1 knob of butter
  • Take beef out of the pan and keep it warm
  • Mix mashed potatoes, carrots and cabbage together, season with salt and pepper and fry in the same pan for about 5 minutes until golden
  • Serve with the beef on warmed plates

    Love Bubbles & Squeek. I seem to only eat when in London visiting my Mum. I think I shall add it to my menu here in the States! Great Post!
