Chocolate Lush

Quick and Easy, Yummie Chocolate Dessert. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 C. flour shopping list
- 3/4 C. sugar shopping list
- 2 T. & 1/4 C. cocoa shopping list
- 2 t. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 t. salt shopping list
- 1/2 C. milk shopping list
- 2 T. shortening melted shopping list
- 1 t. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2 C. chopped nuts shopping list
- 3/4 C. firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 3/4 C. hot water shopping list
How to make it
- Sift flour with sugar, 2 T. cocoa, baking powder & salt into mixing bowl. Add milk, shortening, vanilla extract & nuts. Mix until well blended. Spread in ungreased 8" pan. Combine brown sugar, remaining cocoa & hot water, pour over batter.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Top with whipped cream or a scoop of Ice Cream.
