  • 1 2- TO 2 1/4 POUND BROASTED OR ROASTED DELI CHICKEN
  • 8 8- TO 10 INCH FLOUR TORTILLAS
  • 1/2 CUP BOTTLED HOISIN SAUCE
  • 1/4 CUP FINELY CHOPPED PEANUTS
  • 1/4 CUP FINELY CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
  • 1/2 CUP SHREDDED DAIKON, WELL DRAINED
  • 3 TABLESPOONS SOY SAUCE
  • 3 TABLESPOONS CHINESE BLACK VINEGAR OR RICE VINEGAR
  • 1 TABLESPOON WATER
  • 1 TEASPOON CHILE OIL OR TOASTED SESAME OIL

Directions
  1. REMOVE SKIN FROM CHICKEN AND DISCARD, REMOVE CHICKEN FROM BONES AND SHRED CHICKEN( you should have about 4 cups of shredded chicken) set aside.
  2. SPREAD ONE SIDE OF EACH TORTILLA WITH SOME HOISIN SAUCE, SPRINKLE WITH PEANUTS AND GREEN ONIONS. TOP WITH SHREDDED CHICKEN AND SHREDDED DAIKON, ROLL UP TORTILLAS; HALVE EACH TORTILLA CROSSWISE.
  3. FOR DIPPING SAUCE, IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE SOY SAUCE,VINEGAR, THE WATER AND CHILE OIL MIX AND DIP THE SANDWICHES.
