Asian Chicken Wraps

- 1 2- TO 2 1/4 POUND BROASTED OR roastED DELI chicken shopping list
- 8 8- TO 10 inch flour tortillaS shopping list
- 1/2 CUP BOTTLED HOISIN SAUCE shopping list
- 1/4 CUP FINELY CHOPPED peanuts shopping list
- 1/4 CUP FINELY CHOPPED green onions shopping list
- 1/2 CUP SHREDDED DAIKON, WELL DRAINED shopping list
- 3 TABLESPOONS soy sauce shopping list
- 3 TABLESPOONS CHINESE black vinegar OR rice vinegar shopping list
- 1 TABLESPOON water shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON CHILE oil OR toasted sesame oil shopping list
How to make it
- REMOVE SKIN FROM CHICKEN AND DISCARD, REMOVE CHICKEN FROM BONES AND SHRED CHICKEN( you should have about 4 cups of shredded chicken) set aside.
- SPREAD ONE SIDE OF EACH TORTILLA WITH SOME HOISIN SAUCE, SPRINKLE WITH PEANUTS AND GREEN ONIONS. TOP WITH SHREDDED CHICKEN AND SHREDDED DAIKON, ROLL UP TORTILLAS; HALVE EACH TORTILLA CROSSWISE.
- FOR DIPPING SAUCE, IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE SOY SAUCE,VINEGAR, THE WATER AND CHILE OIL MIX AND DIP THE SANDWICHES.
