How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425F
  • Brown pork in medium saucepan on medium high heat and break up into fine crumbles.
  • Remove from heat and drain well
  • In a medium bowl, mix together pork, cabbage, carrot, green onion, cilantro, sesame oil, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic and chile sauce
  • Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl
  • Place 1 tbsp of pork mixture 3/4 way down on wrapper
  • Fold bottom up over mixture, then fold insides toward center
  • Roll wrapper up to seal
  • Moisten finger with cornstarch and water mixture, brush wrapper seam to seal
  • Arrange spring rolls in a single layer on a medium baking sheet
  • Brush with vegetable oil
  • Bake in a preheated oven 20 minutes, until hot and lightly browned.
  • For crispier spring rolls,turn after 10 minutes
