Ingredients

How to make it

  • Blanch the peppers in boiling water for several minutes
  • Allow peppers to cool enough to handle
  • Mix the cooked polenta with the blue cheese, ham, and seasonings
  • Stuff each pepper with polenta mixture and arrange in a baking dish
  • Top the peppers with tomato sauce
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until filling is bubbly in 350 degree oven
