Blue Cheese And Polenta Stuffed Poblano Peppers

- 6 poblano peppers, washed, with tops and seeds removed from cavity shopping list
- 3 cups cooked polenta shopping list
- 7 ounces blue cheese shopping list
- 7 ounces chopped ham shopping list
- 1 T italian seasonings (adjust to taste) shopping list
- salt and Pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 can tomato sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Blanch the peppers in boiling water for several minutes
- Allow peppers to cool enough to handle
- Mix the cooked polenta with the blue cheese, ham, and seasonings
- Stuff each pepper with polenta mixture and arrange in a baking dish
- Top the peppers with tomato sauce
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until filling is bubbly in 350 degree oven
