This was my moms recipe. She died in Oct. 2007. So I don't know if it was hers or just one she had at the Resturant. But I do know it's good! She used it on Banana cake.

- 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated orange
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
go view your shopping list

Ingredients

1 cup sifted confectioners sugar shopping list
1 tablespoon grated orange shopping list
1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list

How to make it

Blend all ingredients together.
Spread glaze over warm cake.
It is enough glaze for a 13 x 9 cake.
