Roast Chicken With Garlic Recipe

Ingredients
- medium sized chicken
- 40 cloves garlic
- salt
- pepper
- bay leaf
- fresh bread
Directions
- Take medium sized chicken and season with salt and pepper
- place in oven proof dish, which has a lid
- place 40 cloves of garlic around and inside the chicken
- place 2 bay leaves in chicken
- put lid on dish and seal completely with either foil or pastry (if preferred)
- Do Not open during cooking time
- Place in 200ºC oven for 90 mins
- When cooked through, the chicken is very tender. Serve with fresh crusty bread. Use the garlic cloves to spread garlic on the bread.
