Ingredients
  • medium sized chicken
  • 40 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • bay leaf
  • fresh bread

Directions
  1. Take medium sized chicken and season with salt and pepper
  2. place in oven proof dish, which has a lid
  3. place 40 cloves of garlic around and inside the chicken
  4. place 2 bay leaves in chicken
  5. put lid on dish and seal completely with either foil or pastry (if preferred)
  6. Do Not open during cooking time
  7. Place in 200ºC oven for 90 mins
  8. When cooked through, the chicken is very tender. Serve with fresh crusty bread. Use the garlic cloves to spread garlic on the bread.
  9. Delicious
