How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  • Beat together the peanut butter and banana until smooth with electric beaters.
  • Beat in the soy milk, vanilla, water, cornstarch, flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  • Fold in the peanuts.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until browned. Chill before slicing.
