I happened to have cooked the shrimp in a pan, but only because it was cold outside, otherwise I would have bbq'd them. The sweet mango wrapping complements the shrimp really nicely.

This recipe sounds great! Except for one thing...anything called a "devil chile" scares me a bit, LOL. Is this dish really spicy? If so, would using just one devil chile tone it down enough for someone who finds medium salsa fairly challenging?

Made this a couple of nights ago and got good feedback. Definitely grill if you can, I broiled the shrimp and think a little more grill flavor would have enhanced the flavors. I might add a bunch of cilantro and maybe some more garlic next time. Thanks!
