This recipe is adapted from the Quick From Scratch Pasta Cookbook by Food & Wine Magazine. It's not authentic Thai, but has nice thai flavours.

I used to buy a box Thai peanut mix and this tastes so similar - very excellent, thanks for posting it :D.
