How to make it

  • Wash and cut broccoli into florets. Chop garlic.
  • Add broccoli and garlic to medium sized pot and coat with the olive oil.
  • Place pot on high heat and cook, stirring vigorously and constantly, for 1-2 minutes. (Do not stop stirring for even a second or else it will burn).
  • Remove from heat and immediately cover pot tightly with lid. Leave for 5 minutes to steam.
  • Season with salt and pepper, serve and enjoy.

    Thanks for sharing this great classic delicious healthy recipe!
    (To get extra healthy goodness from the garlic, after chopping, let it sit for 5-10 minutes before sauteing.)
