Broccoli that simply tastes great. Slightly firm and delicious. I am a garlic lover, so i make this quite often; it's so easy and everyone loves it.

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of broccoli
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Wash and cut broccoli into florets. Chop garlic.
  2. Add broccoli and garlic to medium sized pot and coat with the olive oil.
  3. Place pot on high heat and cook, stirring vigorously and constantly, for 1-2 minutes. (Do not stop stirring for even a second or else it will burn).
  4. Remove from heat and immediately cover pot tightly with lid. Leave for 5 minutes to steam.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, serve and enjoy.
