Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Cover with a lid.
  • Microwave for 12-15 minutes.
  • Stir once or twice during cooking.
  • Note:
  • Plum jam can be replaced with red currant jelly for variation.
  • A sprinkle of sugar can also be mixed in sauce if desired.
