Meatloaf

I don't even like Meatloaf, but my husband does and I ate it!! It's wonderful!! My first Meatloaf and it turned out Great!!!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef ( I use Deer Burger ) shopping list
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped/minced onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped/minced bell pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped/minced celery shopping list
- 1 egg, lightly beaten shopping list
- 8 oz. canned diced tomatoes with juice shopping list
- 1 pack of Lipton beefy onion soup mix shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1/3 cup ketchup shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix all meat loaf ingredients well and place in a baking dish.
- Shape into a loaf.
- Topping:
- Mix ingredients for topping and spread on loaf. Bake for 1 hour.
