Ingredients
  • 16 uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • 16 uncooked paper thin slices counrty ham or proscuitto
  • 8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3Tablespoons bourbon
  • vegetable oil
  • 2Tablespoons dark brown sugar

Directions
  1. Wrap 1 peice of ham around each shrimp.
  2. Thread 2 shrimp oneach skewer; place on baking sheet.
  3. Mix mustard and bourbon in small bowl. Brush on both sides of shrimp.
  4. Chill 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
  5. Prepare grill ( med-high heat)
  6. Brush grill with oil.
  7. Press 1 Tablespoon sugar through seive over shrimp.
  8. Turn shrimp over and repeat with remaining sugar.
  9. Let stand 15 minutes.
  10. Grill shrimp until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
  11. Enjoy!
