How to make it

  • Wrap 1 peice of ham around each shrimp.
  • Thread 2 shrimp oneach skewer; place on baking sheet.
  • Mix mustard and bourbon in small bowl. Brush on both sides of shrimp.
  • Chill 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
  • Prepare grill ( med-high heat)
  • Brush grill with oil.
  • Press 1 Tablespoon sugar through seive over shrimp.
  • Turn shrimp over and repeat with remaining sugar.
  • Let stand 15 minutes.
  • Grill shrimp until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
  • Enjoy!
