Holland Crabmeat Breakfast Pie

HOLLAND CRABMEAT BREAKFAST PIE This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Wasters Estate in Van, Texas in 1992.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch chopped scallions shopping list
- 1 large chopped red pepper shopping list
- 6 ounces crabmeat shopping list
- 1 cup grated swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 8 large eggs shopping list
- 2 cups half-and-half shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Butter a quiche pan.
- Beat eggs then mix all remaining ingredients together and add to eggs.
- Pour into pan and bake at 350 until set then cut into pie shaped pieces and serve hot.
