Scalloped Spinach

- 2 10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3 Tbsp chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 Tbsp melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Cook spinach using package directions then drain very well.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Add milk, the 1/2 cup cheese, onion, salt and pepper and mix.
- Stir in the well drained sprinach.
- Pour into a greased 8 inch square or 7x11 baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
- Combine crumbs, the 1/4 cup cheese, and butter.
- Sprinkle over the spinach.
- Bake for 10 to 15 more minutes. A knife inserted near the center should come out clean when it is done.
- Let stand 5 minutes then serve.
