Peanut Crunch Cake

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 c. peanut butter shopping list
- 1/2 c. Pkd. brown sugar shopping list
- 1 c. water shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips, divided shopping list
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. peanut butter chips, divided shopping list
- 1/2 c. Chopped peanuts shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, beat cake mix, peanut butter and brown sugar on low speed until crumbly. Set aside 1/2 cup of this mixture.
- Add water, eggs and oil to remaining crumb mixture and blend on low until moistened. Beat on high for 2 minutes.
- Stir in 1/4 c. Each of the chocolate and peanut butter chips. Pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
- Combine peanuts, reserved crumb mixture and the remaining chocolate and peanut butter chips; spinkle over the batter.
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
