Quick No Bake Garlic Cheese Grits Recipe
Cheese Grits are usually baked, but this recipe is often used by restaurants and I think is actually better than the baked version.

  2. Stir in cheese and stir until blended.

As a Southern cook who works in the food business, I can tell you this is the only way to cook Garlic Cheese Grits. They are creamy and wonderful. Try them even if you're not a grits lover.

Bookmarked to try with the creole egg casserole. I don't remember liking grits when I was young, but that is probably because I had some of those instant grits! I'll let you know if I like them..
