6 Week Bran Muffins

Easy muffin recipe that uses Raisin Bran cereal. Mix will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks in covered container!
Ingredients
- 15 oz box Raisin Bran cereal shopping list
- 3 cups sugar shopping list
- 5 cups flour shopping list
- 5 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt(optional) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 4 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1 quart buttermilk shopping list
- 1 cup Crisco oil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Have muffin tins ready with liners sprayed with nonstick spray
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Fill greased tins 2/3 full and bake for 10 - 15 minutes
- Store in covered container in refrigerator .
- Mix will keep for six weeks!
- Enjoy these with a little butter spread or some honey
