English Muffin Bread

This bread recipe has a flavor and texture like English muffins. Nothing like homemade bread in the morning!
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups of water at room temperature shopping list
- 2 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 3 cups of bread flour shopping list
- 3 Tbsp nonfat dry milk shopping list
- 2 teaspoons yeast shopping list
How to make it
- Put the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed above unless directed otherwise by your bread machine instructions.
- Color of bread is determined by your choice. I usually prefer dark to medium crust.
- Length of baking time will be according to your particular bread machine. This recipe is for a 1 1/2 pound loaf of bread.
