How to make it

  • Clean thoroughly the fishes and cut each into 3 parts. Scale the fish a little.
  • In a bowl, mix the fish with salt, curry powder, tumeric and cornflour.
  • Deep-fry the catfish until crispy.
  • Serve with rice.
