How to make it

  • Cut all fat off the steaks. Pound flour into steaks well using a meat mallet. Season both sides well with salt & pepper. Melt butter and oil in large electric skillet and brown steaks on both sides.
  • Combine the beer, vinegar, mustard and garlic. Pour over steak, cover and simmer for 2 hours until fork tender. Serve with sauce.
  • NOTE: Check liquid levels and add a little water, if needed. Noodles & brocolli round this out nicely.
