JERK SEASONING IS A STAPLE OF CARIBBEAN COOKING,USED TO MAKE JERK CHICKEN, BUT TRY THIS SALSA ALONGSIDE A ROAST CHICKEN, PORK OR TURKEY

Ingredients
  • 1 -14 OUNCE CAN PINEAPPLE CHUNKS IN JUICE
  • 1 CUP MANGO CHUTNEY( OR ANY FRUIT CHUTNEY IF YOU DONT LIKE MANGO)
  • 1 TO 2 TEASPOONS JERK SEASONING ( SEE NOTE)

Directions
  1. DRAIN PINEAPPLE AND COMBINE PINEAPPLE WITH CHUTNEY.
  2. ADD JERK SEASONING A LITTLE AT A TIME AND PULSE IN A FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL THE DESIRED CONSISTENCY IS REACHED.
  3. DO NOT PUREE !!!! SHOULD BE VERY CHUNKY
  4. SERVE WITH TACO CHIPS OR CHILLED SLICED CUCUMBERS
  5. NOTE; ....... JERK SEASONINGS VARY GREATLY, ADD CAREFULLY........
