Ingredients

2 lbs. ground chuck, cooked and grease removed

1 tsp. paprika

1 large box elbow macaronie, cooked lightly and drained

1 tsp. oregano

1 quart tomatoes

1 tsp.rosemary

1 (15oz.) can tomato sauce

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tsp. parsley flakes

1 tsp.italian seasoning

1 tsp. onion flakes

1 tsp. cajun spice

2 bay leaves

Directions

Brown meat and remove grease.

Boil macaroni and drain.

In large Dutch oven, add all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes

This looks soooo goood. :-) IT also reminds me of a dish up here in the northeast called American Chop Suey. The only big difference being the addition of peppers.
