I found this one in recipes that I had put up. This one is easy and delicious. Use Dutch oven.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground chuck, cooked and grease removed
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 large box elbow macaronie, cooked lightly and drained
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 quart tomatoes
  • 1 tsp.rosemary
  • 1 (15oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp.italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. cajun spice
  • 2 bay leaves

Directions
  1. Brown meat and remove grease.
  2. Boil macaroni and drain.
  3. In large Dutch oven, add all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes

This looks soooo goood. :-) IT also reminds me of a dish up here in the northeast called American Chop Suey. The only big difference being the addition of peppers. I'll have to try this on my southern friend, Mike. He gets homesick sometimes so I cook him something from home. I think you have some great recipes to keep him happy. Bless you and Thanks.
