How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place seeds in an ungreased baking dish. Bake 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. Do not overcook.
  • In a shallow bowl,combine flour,salt,and pepper.
  • Add toasted seeds and mix well
  • Pour soy sauce into another bowl.
  • Dip chicken into soy sauce and then into the seed mixture.
  • Place onto a greased 9:" x 13" baking pan.
  • Drizzle with melted butter.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear.
  • Serve with rice and stir-fry vegetables.

    I do the same thing with this..only I don't bread it. I just add a little butter and some soy sauce...Its delicious!! And Simple!
