Baked Sesame Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup sesame seeds

4 tablespoons all purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoon soy sauce

4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast-cut into strips

2 tablespoons butter-melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place seeds in an ungreased baking dish. Bake 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. Do not overcook.

In a shallow bowl,combine flour,salt,and pepper.

Add toasted seeds and mix well

Pour soy sauce into another bowl.

Dip chicken into soy sauce and then into the seed mixture.

Place onto a greased 9:" x 13" baking pan.

Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear.

Serve with rice and stir-fry vegetables.
