Orange Kiss Me Cake Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1/2 butter

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup thawed, frozen orange juice concentrate (use a 6-oz. can)

2 eggs

1 tsp. soda

1 tsp. salt

1 cup nut meats

1 cup dates, chopped

1/4 cup thawed, frozen orange juice concentrate

1/3 cup sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Combine all ingredients except dates and nuts in a large bowl, beat for 3 minutes at high speed.

Stir in dates and nuts.

Pour into a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.

Remove from oven, while hot drizzle with the orange juice concentrate.

Combine the sugar and cinnamon, and walnuts and sprinkle on cake.
