Loris Mac Daddy Burgers N Secret Sauce

Inspired by the Big Mac, which I tried for the first time last summer! LOL...(Not much on mickeyd's) Decided to try to make something similar, and this is what I came up with. The comparison stops there! You CAN use bottled Thousand Island, but, the sauce is easy to make, and better!
Ingredients
- MAC DADDY SECRET SAUCE (OR 1000 ISLAND DRESSING) shopping list
- 1 cup real mayonnaise - Dukes shopping list
- 1/3 cup Heinz 57 shopping list
- 1/8 cup sweet pickle relish shopping list
- 1/8 cup Vlassic dill pickle relish shopping list
- 2 green onions, minced shopping list
- 1 hard boiled egg, chopped ** (I omit this for burgers, but use for salad dressing) ** shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chives, minced shopping list
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Tabasco sauce - to taste shopping list
- MACDADDY BURGERS shopping list
- 2 LB ground sirloin shopping list
- 2 T Worcestershire shopping list
- 2 T minced garlic shopping list
- Dash Tobasco shopping list
- Dash Heinz 57 shopping list
- 1 beaten egg shopping list
- panko bread crumbs to texture shopping list
- Pinch kosher salt shopping list
- Couple turns ground black pepper shopping list
- GARNISHES shopping list
- Good, thick cut dill pickles, romaine lettuce, Big red tomato slices shopping list
- Sliced Havarrti or Smoked Chedder, Thick-cut cooked bacon shopping list
- Sliced red onion shopping list
- Onion or kaiser rolls shopping list
How to make it
- Sauce:
- Mix all ingredients, chill for about an hour
- Burgers:
- Mix all ingredients by hand in large mixing bowl.
- Form into 6 patties
- Grill over medium heat
- Turn only once
- Approximately 8-10 minutes per side, or to your liking
- DON'T MASH with the flipper, this dries out the burgers!!!
- Brush a little melted butter on the rolls and grill
- Top each burger with sauce and desired garnishes
