How to make it

  • Dissolve boullion cube in water. Cook onion in butter until tender, blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk to bouillion gradually; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add crayfish meat or crabmeat, and heat. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
