Cream of Crayfish Soup

- 1 lb Crayfish meat or blue crab meat shopping list
- 1/4 tsp celery salt shopping list
- 1 ea chicken bouillion cube shopping list
- 1 c boiling water shopping list
- 1 x Dash pepper shopping list
- 1/4 c Chopped onion shopping list
- 1 qt milk shopping list
- 1 c butter shopping list
- 1 x Chopped parsley shopping list
- 3 tb flour shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve boullion cube in water. Cook onion in butter until tender, blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk to bouillion gradually; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add crayfish meat or crabmeat, and heat. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
