Crockpot White Bean Fiesta Stew

- (1-lb) dried white beans shopping list
- 1-tspn salt shopping list
- 4-cups water shopping list
- 3 links Andouille sausage, sliced shopping list
- 3-stalks celery, chopped shopping list
- 1/4-cup lentils shopping list
- 1-tspn. ground black pepper shopping list
- 2-tbspn. minced garlic shopping list
- 1-onion, chopped shopping list
- 10-oz(can) Rotel tomatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Soak what beans overnight.
- Drain and place in slow cooker; add lentils, salt, pepper, water, garlic, sausage, onions, celery and tomatoes.
- Cook on high for 9 hours and on low for 2 hours.
- NOTE: This is good served over hot cornbread with a side salad.
