Coca-Cola Basted Ham

I got this out of my Paula Denn Cookbook. It is easy and has a great taste.
Ingredients
- 1 (18-pound) cured ham shopping list
- 2 (12-ounce) cans Coca-Cola® shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Place ham in a shallow roasting pan.
- Baste the ham with Coca-Cola, and cover it with foil.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes per pound of ham, or until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees F.
- Baste with cola about every 30 minutes during cooking.

We used to make hams basted with Coca-Cola all the time. They turn out delicious with that great glazed exterior - yumm! You get a 5 from me, Teresa dear....and thank you!
